At Your Service has developed both Learning Modules and online Action Planners that are immediately applicable. However, many customers would like to customize the training, tools, and language to better fit their unique mission, vision, and culture.

At Your Service can provide you with multiple levels of cost-effective customization:

	Look and Feel - We will integrate your corporate identity and logo, in order to create linkage with your company's image.
	Language - Often clients utilize specific terms for internal operations, customers, and positions. We have the ability to make these changes and ensure compatibility with other initiatives.
	Content - We have the ability to integrate forms, checklists, policies, and other internal processes into the existing Learning Modules and Action Planners. This provides a full level of integration with your existing operational and educational efforts.
	New Programs - Our design staff can work directly with you to develop new program materials, additional Learning Modules, or online Action Planners. We can also help you develop tools and checklists, which would be available in a more traditional paper format for use when access to the web is not practical.

In addition, At Your Service Consultants are available to work with you and your management team for either one-on-one or group skill building. These sessions can be coupled with an online program implementation, or can be used when a more immediate intervention is required.
